At Adventure Mantra, we don’t just meet safety standards—we set them. We take pride in going above and beyond to ensure the well-being of every participant on our camps. Our commitment to safety is unwavering, and we’re constantly innovating to provide the best care possible.
As part of this commitment, we’re proud to announce the addition of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED) machine to our first aid kits, which we now carry on all our camps. This advanced equipment is a testament to our dedication to the highest safety standards, ensuring that we’re prepared for any emergency, no matter how remote the location.

Our Team

• Young, Wild, & Trained: Our camps are led by a squad of young adventurers from all walks of life. These aren’t just thrill-seekers; they’re internationally trained experts in mountaineering and water sports. Think of them as your personal action heroes—just with more safety gear.
• Nature Nerds Unite: Our nature trails are guided by research scholars and trained naturalists. These folks know every leaf, twig, and critter in the woods, so feel free to ask them which plant not to eat!
• First Aid Fanatics: All our camp leaders are pros who are also trained to handle first aid emergencies. If you stub your toe, we’ve got you covered. If you try to wrestle a bear… well, we’ll call someone.

Our Campsites

• Kid-Friendly Zones: We’ve designed our campsites with kids in mind—so no wild animals, except maybe your own. It’s all about a safe, healthy environment, where the biggest danger is missing out on dessert.
• Spick-and-Span: Maintenance and repairs happen regularly because we believe in a comfortable stay. No leaky tents or creaky beds here—unless we’re camping really close to nature.
• Tested by the Pros: Every activity is tried, tested, and sometimes even broken by our experts, just to make sure it’s safe for you. They do the dangerous stuff so you can enjoy the fun.
• First Aid at the Ready: A fully stocked first aid kit is always within reach. So if you’re planning on being clumsy, at least you’ll be well taken care of.
• 24/7 Backup Vehicle: We’ve got a backup vehicle ready to roll at all hours. Whether it’s an emergency or just a late-night snack run, we’ve got wheels.
• Fresh & Tasty Meals: All meals are freshly cooked because nothing says “adventure” like food that didn’t come out of a can!

Our Adventure Gear

• Top-Notch Equipment: We use only the best quality gear, certified by international standards. This stuff is the real deal, not just something we found in a garage sale.
• Regular Tune-Ups: Our equipment is regularly maintained and replaced. We’re not taking any chances with frayed ropes or sketchy harnesses.
• Sized Just Right: For kids’ camps, we insist on using life jackets, harnesses, helmets, and all the safety gear in kid sizes. No drowning in a giant life jacket on our watch!
• Clean & Cozy: We make sure tents and sleeping bags are hygienic and comfy. Because nobody wants to sleep in a tent that smells like the last camper’s socks.

Camp Rules: Welcome to the Adventure! (No Sissies Allowed)

• Luxury? What’s That? If you’re looking for five-star service, we suggest you keep driving. Here, “room service” is when you get out of bed and do it yourself!
• Sharing is Caring: We live like a community, which means everyone pitches in. Yes, even you! No one’s above dish duty.
• Respect the Snore: If someone’s snoring like a chainsaw next to you, consider it a free lullaby. Earplugs are optional, but empathy is mandatory.
• Your Stuff, Your Problem: We don’t lock our doors—or our hearts—so keep track of your gear. If it’s lost, the squirrels won’t return it.
• Cultural Respect Zone: We respect all cultures here, from vegan to meat lover, and everything in between. Privacy too—don’t be that person who overshares in the camp shower.
• Midnight Friend-Zone: Your instructors are your friends—call them anytime if you need something urgent. But if it’s about a spider, you better have a good excuse, or you’re on breakfast duty!
• Be Kind, always: Treat everyone with respect, from the campsite staff to your fellow campers. We’re all in this together, and remember, what goes around comes around… especially the dishwashing rotation!

Terms & Conditions
“It will be deemed that the booking, payment, cancellation policy and Terms & conditions are accepted by the clients while making the bookings with the first deposit amount.”

Booking confirmation policy: –

• A clearly & completely filled registration & consent form mandatory to confirm the booking
• Advance payment as per Adventure Mantra payment policy mandatory to confirm the booking
• A valid photo id (Aadhar / Passport) xerox mandatory to confirm the booking
• Medical form / Fitness certificate to be submitted 7 days before the camp departure.
• Adventure Mantra Pvt Ltd and its leaders / Instructors reserves the right to change / alter / cancel the itinerary without prior notice.

Payment Policy: –

• Advance of 50% of camp fee to be made at the time of booking.
• Balance payment to be made 30 days before the camp departure date.
• Flight / train bookings will be confirmed upon receiving full payment only.
• Payment to be made in favour of “ADVENTURE MANTRA PVT LTD”

Cancellation policy: –

• Verbal cancellation will not be permitted.
• Cancellation form to be duly filled and submitted in person / by mailed on adventuremantras@gmail.com
• Cancellation / refund of flight tickets will be as per the airlines policy.
• Cancellation / refund of train tickets as per the railway policy.
• Camp Refund will be made by bank transfer / cheque within 30 days after receiving the cancellation.
• If cancelled 30 days before the camp date – 25% of the total camp fee will be charged.
• If cancelled 29 to 21 days before the camp date – 50% of the total camp fee will be charged.
• If cancelled 20 days before the camp date – No Refund.
• No Show = No Refund
• No refund will be given to participants who are unable to complete the camp/ event/ activities due to any reason.
• In case of cancellation due to pandemic, government regulations, strikes, curfews or any natural or manmade calamity; Adventure Mantras decision regarding the refund will be final.
• In case of cancellation of camp by Adventure Mantra, full camps fee will be refunded within 30 working days by bank transfer / cheque. No cash payments will be made. However, this does not include the amount paid for flights / trains bookings.

Company Liability: –

• It is in the nature of a holiday of this kind to be flexible. The day-to-day agenda and ultimate goal of the tour is taken as an aim and not as a contractual obligation. We shall not be responsible for the delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to conflict, international or internal flight delay or cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, war, vehicle problems, political closures and disputes.
• The booking is accepted on the understanding that you realize the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in holidays of this kind. The organiser along with our leaders/guides and anyone else working in association with us cannot be held responsible for any death, accident or mishap that may occur in connection with any part of, or services connected with the holiday.
• Before the guests come on a holiday, they must be covered by insurance, which has to include the cost of helicopter rescue, evacuation and cost of repatriation if they become too ill to continue. It is recommended that the travel insurance should cover adventure activities undertaken. We can help you incase required.
• The Company would not be liable to pay any kind of compensation arising because of any mishap, sickness, accident etc.
