The International Award for Young People (IAYP) is the most adaptable and successful youth empowerment program that was first introduced in United Kingdom in 1956 as the Duke of Edinburgh’s Award. The aim was to motivate young people to be involved in a balanced programme of voluntary self-development activities.

The basic structure of the Award consists of 4 mandatory sections – Service, Adventurous Journey, Skills and Physical Recreation (and Residential Projects for Gold Award). There are 3 levels of the Award – Bronze, Silver & Gold. Anyone with perseverance and enterprise, including the differently – abled, can earn this Award as they choose activities that are appropriate to their environment and best suited to their own personal interests and talents.

Being an ITAP (International Trained Activity Provider) of IAYP, Adventure Mantra helps these youngsters complete the two important sections of the Program i.e. the Adventurous Journey or Exploration Journey and the Residential Projects. Our team consists of trained Award Leaders who have been consistently guiding and encouraging students to achieve these awards.
