“It will be deemed that the booking, payment, cancellation policy and Terms & conditions are accepted by the clients while making the bookings with the first deposit amount.”
Booking confirmation policy: –
• A clearly & completely filled registration & consent form mandatory to confirm the booking
• Advance payment as per Adventure Mantra payment policy mandatory to confirm the booking
• A valid photo id (Aadhar / Passport) xerox mandatory to confirm the booking
• Medical form / Fitness certificate to be submitted 7 days before the camp departure.
• Adventure Mantra Pvt Ltd and its leaders / Instructors reserves the right to change / alter / cancel the itinerary without prior notice.
Payment Policy: –
• Advance of 50% of camp fee to be made at the time of booking.
• Balance payment to be made 30 days before the camp departure date.
• Flight / train bookings will be confirmed upon receiving full payment only.
• Payment to be made in favour of “ADVENTURE MANTRA PVT LTD”
Cancellation policy: –
• Verbal cancellation will not be permitted.
• Cancellation form to be duly filled and submitted in person / by mailed on adventuremantras@gmail.com
• Cancellation / refund of flight tickets will be as per the airlines policy.
• Cancellation / refund of train tickets as per the railway policy.
• Camp Refund will be made by bank transfer / cheque within 30 days after receiving the cancellation.
• If cancelled 30 days before the camp date – 25% of the total camp fee will be charged.
• If cancelled 29 to 21 days before the camp date – 50% of the total camp fee will be charged.
• If cancelled 20 days before the camp date – No Refund.
• No Show = No Refund
• No refund will be given to participants who are unable to complete the camp/ event/ activities due to any reason.
• In case of cancellation due to pandemic, government regulations, strikes, curfews or any natural or man-made calamity; Adventure Mantras decision regarding the refund will be final.
• In case of cancellation of camp by Adventure Mantra, full camps fee will be refunded within 30 working days by bank transfer / cheque. No cash payments will be made. However, this does not include the amount paid for flights /trains bookings.
Company Liability: –
1. It is in the nature of a holiday of this kind to be flexible. The day-to-day agenda and ultimate goal of the tour is taken as an aim and not as a contractual obligation. We shall not be responsible for the delays or alterations in the program or expenses incurred due to conflict, international or internal flight delay or cancellations, strikes, sickness, weather, war, vehicle problems, political closures and disputes.
2. The booking is accepted on the understanding that you realize the potential risks and hazards that can be involved in holidays of this kind. The organizer along with our leaders/guides and anyone else working in association with us cannot be held responsible for any death, accident or mishap that may occur in connection with any part of, or services connected with the holiday.
3. Before the guests come on a holiday, they must be covered by insurance, which has to include the cost of helicopter rescue, evacuation and cost of repatriation if they become too ill to continue. It is recommended that the travel insurance should cover adventure activities undertaken. We can help you incase required.
4. The Company would not be liable to pay any kind of compensation arising because of any mishap, sickness, accident etc.
