Pre-camp meetings with participants (or parents, for minors) ensure everyone is well-prepared, while detailed health forms help our team stay informed of any medical conditions or allergies. Our expert team plans age-appropriate activities, maintaining a strict 8:1 participant-to-instructor ratio to provide personalized attention and ensure a safe, enjoyable experience for all.
At Adventure Mantra, all participants and instructors are fully insured for the duration of each camp. Our policies are carefully selected based on the specific nature and risk level of the activity. Thanks to our partnership with Adventure Sports Cover 360 (ASC 360), which covers over 200 sports and activities, we ensure the right protection for every adventure, including specialized coverage for high-altitude treks and camps. This allows our teams and participants to travel with confidence and peace of mind.
